The ANF Green Strategy

Sustainability

Industrial-scale nonwoven manufacturing built on four environmental pillars.

Pillar 01

Green Factory

Water is the primary mechanical agent in spunlace production. ANF operates a state-of-the-art closed-loop filtration system that recovers, purifies, and reuses 90% of our operational water, drastically reducing the facility's total water footprint compared to traditional lines.

Our Alexandria facility was designed to minimize energy consumption. Extensive skylights supplement natural lighting across the production floor, and full LED integration has replaced conventional fixtures throughout. These combined measures significantly reduce our grid draw per ton of output.

Pillar 02

Green Materials

To support the global shift away from single-use plastics in the wipes industry, ANF offers fully biodegradable product lines manufactured from 100% cotton, bamboo, and advanced cellulosic fibers, ensuring zero microplastic shedding in end-products.

Biodegradable materials are not an add-on at ANF — they are standard across our product range, giving our customers a sustainable baseline without premium pricing or special-order minimums.

Pillar 03

Green Packaging

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond the product itself to how it is delivered. We utilize recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials to drastically reduce plastic waste.

By optimizing packaging dimensions and weights, we also reduce our shipping carbon footprint, ensuring a completely eco-conscious supply chain from our factory to your door.

Pillar 04

Green Future

A comprehensive solar energy integration project is currently in progress at our Alexandria facility to offset grid reliance and further reduce our carbon intensity per ton of output.

As ESG mandates tighten across our export markets, ANF is proactively aligning with the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), relevant from 2026. We provide transparent environmental documentation to support our EU buyers in their compliance reporting.
